Borgo de li Santi was born on the grounds of the old De Santis’ farmhouse, and the owners - Valentina and Viviana - wanted it to be called so in memory of the heroic 800 patron saints of their town, but also with the intention to dearly remember their grandfather Antonio De Santis, a strong figure of farmer, capable - after the second world war - of giving life to the cultivation of Virginia Creeper plant and innovating the vine culture in the whole southern Italy.
